About The Owner

In 2002, Tom Castle purchased the first Lil' Angels Photography franchise in California.  Since then, he has expanded the franchise to include two additional photographers and has three crews running.  Needless to say, business is good and gets better every year.  Tom believes that quality products at affordable prices while providing excellent customer service is the key to the success!
